ART.188 Mini Latch
We inform our customers that, in order to protect ourselves from slavish imitations of the famous ratchet (that use the same form and the name "Mini Latch"), designed and patented in 1972 by our Mr Giancarlo Borsani, Borsani Angelo Srl has embarked on a lawsuit in mutual agreement with its solicitors.
In addition to directly damaging us, the imitations are defamatory for the image of the ratchet, as they are only superficially identical to the originals, thus deceiving the purchasers, and a quick inspection and a few simple tests show them to be unreliable and short-lived.
However, we have decided to make it easier to distinguish the original "Mini -Latch" from the imitations by applying our trademark
to all our products, for this at least cannot be imitated.
